You’ve done the work personally. Now you’re wondering how to do it with others.
You’ve been working on your own story and have experienced the depth, understanding, and freedom it can bring. Now you’re wondering what is actually happening? What is this thing we call ReStory and is there any way you can start doing it in your world?
While we offer a 13-week, comprehensive ReStory Institute Level One, for the first time we've created a lite version: a 6-week group experience at a reduced rate. This group is only open to those who have done work with one of our counselors and want to learn more about the art of "ReStory-ing".
Join this brave group to engage deeper in understanding identity development, relationship styles and patterns, and the healing power of sharing story in a group setting.
This brief experience is for those who are ready to dabble in ideas that may have come up around sharing and receiving storywork. We'll process the importance of healing intrapersonally with weekly psychoeducation, sharing, processing, and content to engage outside of the group.
The beauty of groups is that they are uniquely formed by those who show up... so why wait? Join us!

Meet your facilitator
Lindy Pearson is the resident Clinical Supervisor here at ReStory, with several decades of experience leading groups in varying capacities. Lindy divides her time on our team engaging in client work as well as teaching, facilitating, consulting, and supervising.
With a background in relational psycho-dynamic approach, Lindy brings a passion to the "why" of doing group work is some of the bravest and also formative work we can do in a therapeutic space. With a lense and specialization into how our individual Storywork is inherently relational, (and she would claim, is also a spiritual encounter) Lindy is passionate about standing behind the belief that, "If my psychotherapy doesn't move us both into the world, it's not a complete psychotherapy".
